Before making your booking please check compatibility with set up\ dismantling times indicated in the technical regulations of the event and with the times of the booking made for the terminal, where applicable.

The meeting point is always at the stand that has been indicated in the booking.
For what concerns the 3500 and 5000 kg forklifts the forks lenght is about 1,80 meters. For the other types of forklifts you can ask about the lenght contacting us.

No, for safety reasons, the forklifts have their own driver.
CFP WAREHOUSE, Address: via Maserati 20/C, 40128, Bologna, 051 28 2947. Opening times: from monday to friday, 8.30/12.00 and 13.00/17.00. You should tell your shipper to indicate the event, company's name and stand position when he will come to collect the goods.
No, it does not. Our warehouse can use their own forklifts.
The drivers can access to the fairground only if they have the setup\ dismantling passes; otherwise it will be necessary book our logistic services.
Through Befair portal it is possible to book only the services related to the logistics inside the fair. For what concerns shipment quotation you can contact: sales@marconiffm.it
If you purchase this service, you will need to go to the service center (Wing D, first floor) to collect the labels you need to put on your empties (you will need to write the exhibitor's name and stand location). Empty packages will have to be left on your stand: our operators will pick them up and store them, and they will be returned overnight after the end of the fair, so they will be on your stand the next day. N.B: Please be sure that your boxes do not have anything inside. For what concerns the storage of equipment, in fact, you have to book another kind of service
If you need to store ladders, transpallet, ironware boxes or other machinery you need to purchase specific services; you will find them at Logistics> equipment storage. You need to bring and recollect them from the CFP Warehouse. If, on the other hand, you wish them to be collected and brought back at your stand you will also need to book the delivery service (FM310)
